Short version: Capacity Gauge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, health data, or usage data on any server. All processing happens entirely on your iPhone. We never see your data.
Capacity Gauge (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is an iOS application developed and operated by Radoslaw Jozefowicz (“Developer”). You can reach us at radek@jozefowicz.dev.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information in relation to your use. It applies to all versions of Capacity Gauge distributed via the Apple App Store.

All health, biometric, and calendar data is read from the iOS operating system APIs (HealthKit and EventKit), processed in memory on your device, and written to on-device storage (AsyncStorage / iOS Keychain) only. This data is covered by Apple’s own iOS data-protection mechanisms (Data Protection Class A / Complete).
If you purchase a lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed by Apple’s App Store. To validate your entitlement across devices and app reinstalls, we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., San Francisco, CA).
RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous App User ID and your App Store purchase receipt. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, health data, or calendar data. RevenueCat’s privacy policy governs their data handling: revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you do not make a purchase, no data is sent to RevenueCat.
The App requests access to Apple Health (HealthKit) and your Calendar (EventKit). These permissions are strictly optional — the App degrades gracefully if denied — and can be revoked at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security on your iPhone.
Data accessed via HealthKit is governed by Apple’s HealthKit terms, which prohibit its use for advertising and require it to be used solely to improve health outcomes. We comply fully with these terms.
The App can send you a daily morning notification containing your readiness score and a brief summary. This notification is scheduled entirely on-device using iOS local notification APIs. No notification server is involved and no data leaves your device to generate or deliver these notifications.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because we collect no personal data from any user, this requirement is satisfied by design.
Because we do not collect or process any personal data on our systems, there is no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, port, or delete. All data described in this policy resides solely on your own device under your direct control.
To delete all App data, simply delete the App from your iPhone. This removes all on-device storage associated with the App (iOS AsyncStorage, Keychain entries). To remove HealthKit permissions, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Capacity Gauge and revoke access.
If you have questions about your rights or this policy, contact us at radek@jozefowicz.dev.
We do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the App. We do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA. Accordingly, there is no personal information to disclose, delete, or opt out of selling.
No personal data is transferred internationally by us, because no personal data is transmitted from your device to any server we control. RevenueCat may process purchase data in the United States; see their privacy policy for details.
On-device data is protected by iOS Data Protection (hardware-level encryption linked to your device passcode). We do not control this layer — Apple does — and it applies automatically to all App data stored on your device.
If we materially change how data is handled — for example by introducing optional cloud features — we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. We will not reduce your protections without providing notice in the App.
