Core recovery signals from sleep and HRV in Apple Health, plus step data where it informs distraction and physical-load cues for your work pattern. Works with Apple Watch, Oura, Ultrahuman, Whoop, Garmin, and other wearables that sync to Health.

Calendar load you control

Counts meeting hours, context switches, and back-to-back blocks. Pick which calendars count so personal or sleep-tracker calendars do not skew your load score.

Score, trend & calibration

One 0–100 number with a plain-English status, a 90-day sparkline on the free tier, and scoring tuned so similar days show natural variation without leaving the realistic range. A warm-up indicator shows while your personal baseline is still forming; you can reset the baseline in settings when life changes.
